Our Pod System: Effective Personalized Fitness Programs
We’ve built a one-of-a-kind personalized fitness experience using our Pod System. Each pod is a 250-square-foot area with its own equipment and an optional privacy screen. You may use one or two pods per session depending on your program. Your trainer is with you the entire time.
We also offer Online Personal Training through our “virtual pod” experience. With HD cameras, music, and real-time coaching, you can train anywhere—home, travel, or the studio.
