Your Free Session is about gaining invaluable information and taking the first real step towards your goals. There is nothing to lose, if anything, you should look forward to it!

At your Free Session, you will receive:

  • Comprehensive Body Metrics
  • An assessment of your goals, needs, and abilities
  • A sample one-on-one workout based on our assessment
  • A sample guided stretch
  • Meal guidelines

At the end of the session, we will go over the results with you, determine your goals moving forward, and lastly, build a package made-to-measure for you!

You can choose between 30 and 60 minute training sessions.

When you purchase a Personal Training Package at our Studio, it will automatically include your membership payment. Our Online Pledge Program is meant to be done on your own at your own location, and it does not include access to our facility.

At Pledge To Fitness we only recruit Personal Trainers from the most well respected and recognized organizations in the industry. All of our trainers are certified nationally and at the highest levels.

After choosing between 30 or 60 minute sessions, you can train with your Personal Trainer 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month.
