As a Wellness Company we use a holistic approach to your health and fitness goals. A one stop shop for your Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Lifestyle Consultants​. Our goal is for you to have a sustainable and balanced relationship with food, exercise, and yourself.

Your Wellness Assessment is nothing to fear. If anything you should look forward to it! You’ll be gaining invaluable information, and taking the first real step towards your goals.

At your Assessment you will receive:

  • One-on-one workout and stretch

  • Comprehensive Body Metrics

  • Free day pass to Houston’s top independent training facility

After completing these assessments, we will go over the results with you, determine your goals moving forward, and lastly, build a package that is perfect for you!

You can choose between 30 and 60 minute training sessions.

All our Personal Training packages work with access to our facility. When you purchase a package, it will automatically include your membership payment. Our Pledge Program is meant to be done on your own, and therefore does not include membership.

At Pledge To Fitness we only recruit Personal Trainers from the most well respected and recognized organizations in the industry. All of our trainers are certified nationally and at the highest levels.

  • B.S. Kinesiology
  • B.S. Human Biology
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.) – Sports Nutrition
  • National Academy of Sports Medicine (N.A.S.M.) – Weight Loss / Management
  • National Personal Training Institute (N.P.T.I.) – Kettle Bell Certification
  • National Personal Training Institute (N.P.T.I.) – Suspension Training Certification
  • National Personal Training Institute (N.P.T.I.) – Internationally Recognized 500+ Hour Diplomas.
  • Personal Involvements & Achievements in:
    • Large-Scale Weight Loss
    • Sports Teams & Physique Competitions

After choosing between 30 or 60 minute sessions, you can train with your Personal Trainer 4, 8, or 12 sessions per month.

However, if you purchase more than one month of servics at one time, you will receive additional sessions and perks at no cost to you, and create a long-term commitment that will make you feel better than ever.

Yes. All of our Personal Trainers are certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of Automated Exeternal Defibrillators (AED).

Yes. Everyone on our team is fully certified and insured to work with you.
